To make your profile have a picture:
Go to your profile under settings, and is has a "photo" option. That's where you'll need to put the URL of your photo. But since you probably don't have a picture yet on the internet of you, you might want to do this:
Go to www.photobucket.com and create an account.
Then upload the picture you want to use for your profile.
Then after you upload it, look in your album at the picture you juist uploaded. Under that, you should find some options - one of them is "Picture URL". Copy the text in that box and paste it is your Blogger profile picture URL box.
Then click upload, and there you go!
